At pic a bec, we want every purchase to meet our customers’ expectations. If the ordered product does not suit you in terms of size, fit, or color, you may use our return or exchange option.

1. Product returns

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement and return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment without providing any reason.

To make a return:

  • fill out the return form or send the information by email,
  • pack the product securely,
  • send the package to the address provided by the store.

The refund will be processed within 14 days from the moment the return is received and accepted.

2. Return conditions

The returned product should:

  • be unused,
  • show no signs of wear,
  • have original tags and labels attached,
  • be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

The store reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

3. Product exchanges

It is possible to exchange a product for a different size or color if the selected variant is available in stock.

To arrange an exchange, please contact the store in advance by email.

  • the exchange is processed after the returned product is received,
  • the exchange processing time depends on product availability,
  • if the requested product is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

4. Shipping costs

The customer covers the cost of returning the product to the store unless the return or complaint results from an error on the store’s side.

The cost of reshipping an exchanged product may be charged according to the current delivery price list.

5. Damaged or incorrect products

If the received product is defective or inconsistent with the order, please contact the store to submit a complaint.

In the complaint submission, it is recommended to include:

  • order number,
  • description of the issue,
  • photos of the product, if possible.

Each complaint is considered individually in accordance with applicable law.
